Summerland Waterfront Resort & Spa, Summerland

This resort is an incredible spot for families, especially with kids, offering a safe environment away from busy roads. The views of Okanagan Lake from our unit were stunning, and the clean, spacious accommodations made our stay delightful. While we enjoyed many amenities, I would have appreciated a few more dining options on-site and quicker access to the beach, as it involved a bit of a walk.

Summerland Resort is a beautiful getaway with stunning views and spacious rooms. The amenities, particularly the pool and fitness center, add a luxurious touch. However, we encountered some issues with the front desk staff's response to our concerns, which was disappointing.

The resort is a hidden gem right on the waterfront in Summerland, boasting beautifully groomed grounds and a lovely lakefront walkway. The rooms are spacious and equipped with full kitchens, making it ideal for families or groups. While most amenities are great, I did find the pool area a bit noisy at times, especially during late hours, which affected the overall relaxation experience. Still, the staff was incredibly helpful and the bed provided one of the best sleeps I've had on a trip. It's certainly a place I'd look forward to revisiting.

My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The location by the lake was absolutely stunning, and I loved the quietness of my room, but the facilities and service left much to be desired. The cleanliness wasn't up to par, and I had several issues with amenities and responsiveness from the staff. It's a nice spot, but some improvements are definitely needed.

The staff was accommodating and welcoming, which made the experience even better. However, the noise from the heating system at night was quite bothersome. Despite this issue, I felt I got great value for money with the amenities and location.
